Laredo, TX (March 26, 2019) – Taco Palenque teamed up with St. Jude Children’s Research and in only one month Taco Palenque Team was able to collect $40,000 with the help of our guests! Taco Palenque efforts to fundraise St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® continue to lead the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Through the St. Jude Give thanks. Give hope.™ campaign, customers encouraged to donate $1 or more at the register to support the lifesaving mission of the hospital.
This is the second time that Taco Palenque participated in the St. Jude Give thanks. Give hope. campaign. One hundred percent of the donations raised during this campaign go directly to the hospital, which is where doctors often send their toughest cases because St. Jude has the world’s best survival rates for some of the most aggressive forms of cancers. To date, St. Jude Give thanks. Give hope. has raised more than $4.8 million for the kids of St. Jude.
