At Participating Locations

When ordering in person at participating locations, simply give your phone number to the cashier. If you have an available reward or offer, let the cashier know you’d like to redeem it. Rewards and offers are applied using your phone number linked to your Taco Palenque Rewards account.

Please note: Full account registration is required to redeem rewards and offers.

No, you can only use one reward or discount per order, but you can accumulate multiple rewards for later use.

Reward Expiration Details

Free Pirata or Taco (sign-up offer): Expires 90 days after it’s earned.
$6 off reward (125 points): Expires 90 days after it’s earned
Birthday Tres Leches: Valid starting 7 days before your birthday and up to 21 days after

You can earn points on all orders placed through the Taco Palenque website or mobile app, excluding gift card purchases or reloads, sales tax, tips, team member discounts, and the value of any discounts or promotions.
